Pick up a plastic card in store and register online at www.bpmerewards.co.uk/register. Alternatively, download the BPme app from either the App Store or Google Play and receive a BPme Rewards card digitally within your app. If you are an existing BPme app user, log in and opt-in to the rewards programme to get started straight away.

If you didn't scan your BPme Rewards card when making a qualifying purchase at a bp branded service station in the UK, then unfortunately you cannot get a code for this purchase. Please make another qualifying purchase and don't forget to scan your card!

You should receive an email confirming the match day ticket process and match day information no earlier than seven (7) days and no later than 48 hours before the match you are attending. Tickets will either be sent to you as an e-ticket or, for a small number of Clubs, you will be asked to collect your tickets at the stadium. If your ticket is to be collected at the stadium, you will receive details of where to collect your tickets no later than 48 hours before the match.

You should receive an email from scantoscore@bp.com within 4 weeks of submitting your prize claim with confirmation of the fixture allocated to you. You then have 7 days to accept these tickets, after which we will be in contact within 2 weeks asking you to confirm your guest details.

If you have not received any communication from us, please check your junk mail. If you still have no email from us, please email scantoscore@bp.com with your name, claim number and postcode and we will verify your entry before confirming your prize and next steps.

Your winning ticket is a ticket-only prize. You will be expected to organise everything else related to your match day experience.

All ticket prizes have been pre-allocated based on the two home team preferences submitted when claiming your prize. Unfortunately, there is limited availability to matches and as such, we are unable to make changes to allocated matches once they have been confirmed. However, if you believe your reason for not being able to attend a match is outside of the ordinary, please email scantoscore@bp.com and the team will check to see if there is any opportunity to support your request. Please note that there is no guarantee a swap will be able to be made.

Unfortunately, not all Premier League Clubs currently offer women's or unisex shirts. Please see the size measurements for information to help select your shirt size.

All shirts will be sent out to winners between July and December 2022. You will receive an email one week before your shirt is sent to you to confirm the shipment details. If you have not received your email confirming shipment or your shirt by 15th November 2022, please check your junk mail folder. If you still have no email from us, please email scantoscore@bp.com with your name, win reference number and postcode and we will verify your entry before confirming prize details.

The draw will take place during the first week of May, by 6th May 2022, with three winners in total. Hat-trick winners will be contacted by scantoscore@bp.com within 7 calendar days of the date the prize draw took place.
